The material is charged to our Stress Releiving Furnaces by cranes in order to take out the stress inside of the material after welding.

Furnace Dimensions:
Furnace No-1: 11.000mm x 7.000mm x 4.000mm
Furnace No-2:  7.000mm x 7.000mm x 4.000mm

In this process, the furnaces reach to 600 C.

The temperature is measured by 6 thermocouples and a graph is printed  at the end of the process including heating, holding and controlled cooling stages.

Blasting & Painting

Before primer painting, shot-blasting is applied as SA 2,5 quality.

Following this process, in accordance with the customer requirements and working conditions of the manufactured equipment, required coating system including primer coat, middle coat and final coat is applied in suitable temperature and humidity in our closed painting shop.

Shop Assembly and Site Assembly

Shop Assembly

ASMAŞ executes the shop assembly of manufactured equipment including onboard piping, assembly of bearings, reducers, motors, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic components etc. in order to prepare the equipment for delivery.

Site Erection

ASMAŞ executes all site assembly and comissioning scopes of the manufactured equipment and process lines in his reference sectors.
