Dizayn bölümünde gerçekleştirilen projeler, İş hazırlama ve proses bölümünce kesim planları, üretim prosesleri, satın alma dokümanlarına dönüştürülerek, üretim planlaması ve takibine temel olmak üzere merkezi bilgisayar sistemine girilmekte, proje boyunca üretim ve maliyet takibi yapılmaktadır.

ASMAŞ Pazarlama ve Kontratlar Grubu, sektör analizleri ve müşteri istekleri doğrultusunda teklif hazırlamaktadır.Teklif hazırlığı aşamasında mühendislik ve üretim grupları ön dizayn, malzeme ve işçilik hesaplamalarında, satınalma grubu ise malzeme ve yan sanayi kullanımı konularında destek vermektedir. Yürütülen her proje için bir proje yöneticisi atanmaktadır. Proje yöneticisi projenin tüm basamaklarının sorumlusu olup, müşteri ile tüm iletişim ve bilgi akışı proje yöneticisi üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir.Dizayn ve üretim sürecinin sonunda, müşteri talebi doğrultusunda ekipman veya tesisin saha montajı da gerçekleştirilerek devreye alma çalışmalarında süpervizyon hizmeti verilmektedir.

by using the latest engineering softwares.

After engineering stage, detailed data as the cutting plans, process cards and purchase orders are transferred to the central computer system which is the basis for further production planning and cost control. Contracting department is responsible for market researches and tendering stages. In this stage, it is supported by design and production groups for pre-design, material and workmanship as well as procurement group for material cost and sub-contractors. By the placement of the order, a project manager is assigned for every single project who is fully responsible for the project and coordinates the communication between the customer and ASMAŞ. After completion of the design and manufacturing stages, regarding the customer's requirements, ASMAŞ is able to execute the site erection of the equipment or plant and also gives supervision service for comissioning stages.
